Coverage provided is for malpractice committed by the firm's members, partners or employees in the course of their professional duties where the business could become legally liable. It does NOT cover General Liability and General Liability does NOT cover Professional Liability. Each policy form varies, refer to your specific policy form for limits, coverages and exclusions.
