• Some coverages may be optional and/or not included in all packages - Each insurance company varies on their packages, coverages and exclusions

• There may be more than one deductible... One for Wind & Hail Damage and another one for all other claims as well as limits for specific coverages or items

• Be sure to request: Dwelling Replacement Cost and Personal Property Replacement Cost

• FLOOD and EARTHQUAKE are NOT COVERED - Separate policies are required for coverage

• Water seepage, leakage or damage may not be covered or have limitations

• Animal Liability may not be included or covered - dog bites etc - May be able to be added by endorsement

• Limits or no coverage for - Jewelry, Silverware, Guns, Music Equipment, Art work, Collections including but not limited to coins, stamps and other types of collections - Can be added by endorsement

• Vacant Land is by separate coverage, endorsement or policy
